All our venison is of British origin and is cut by hand by us. This ensures that all of this venison is well trimmed so all you need to do is open the packet and start cooking. Venison is deliciously tender with a strong rich flavour which is great both cooked simply or combined with other strong flavours. Just cook as you would beef steak but enjoy the unique flavour.
