Locally sorced wild Red Legged Partridge. We collect Partridge direct from local shoots and prepare them ready for our customers. We have over 30 years experience processing and selling wild game. We therefore pride ourselves on our high standards and top quality produce. Partridge is becoming an increasingly popular meat, it has a mild ''gamey'' flavour which is not over powering and has a beautiful light colour when cooked. Partridge are perfect for almost any cooking method, from traditional roasting dinner to an modern hot salad. We sell our Partridge in braces (pairs) and each bird will be 250g minimum.
