Locally sorced wild Pheasant. We collect Pheasant direct from local shoots and prepare them ready for our customers. We have over 30 years experience processing and selling wild game. We therefore pride ourselves on our high standards and top quality produce. Pheasant is becoming an increasingly popular meat, it has a ''gamey'' flavour which is not over powering and has a beautiful light colour when cooked. Pheasants are perfect for almost any cooking method, from traditional roasting dinner to an modern curry. We sell our Pheasant Breasts in packs of 4 and each breast will be 90g minimum.
