What will I be charged for my fish?

When you place your order you either select the weight you require or the number of portions you want. We will then select, weigh and prepare the fish. Once this is done we will calculate the price of the fish based on its exact weight and charge you accordingly.

(i.e. If you order 1kg of Salmon Fillet, we will cut a piece of Salmon weighing approximately 1kg, when it is weighed it may be 1.095kg so you will be charged for 1.095kg of Salmon.)
