Pricing Policy

Due to daily market fluctuations our prices can fluctuate without notice. We aim to maintain steady pricing which is always competitive wherever possible. If placing advanced orders please call 01228 542924 for a quote or the price on the day of dispatch will be charged. We always recommend you check the current price before ordering, even on items ordered previously.

Payment

Payment will only be collected when you place your order. Your credit/debit card will be debited once you complete the checkout procedure. We will require the postcode where the card is registered to. If for any reason beyond our control, your payment is not completed, we will not dispatch our order. Should this occur we will make every attempt to contact you to rectify the situation. However we cannot accept any liability for and loss or damage incurred.

Delivery

We dispatch all orders for next day am delivery (where available). This means all orders should arrive before 12am, however sometimes deliveries are delayed until early afternoon. We deliver to mainland UK although in some areas of Scotland there is no ‘Guaranteed next day service’. If you have any doubts about delivery then please don’t hesitate to call us. (01228 542924)

Accuracy of Details given

It is your responsibility that all delivery details received from you are correct.  If our courier is unable to make delivery of your order due to an incorrect address, you will not be eligible for a refund. We therefore ask you to check your details carefully before you submit them to us. Also if you request your order be left in a specific place and is therefore not signed for we accept no liability for its loss or damage.

Our Guarantee

Our aim is to deliver to you the very best quality fish possible at a competitive price, should any of our products fall below your expectations we will refund your money in the same way as payment was received. While every effort is made to ensure items listed as ‘boneless’ or ‘boned’ do not contain any bones you must check thoroughly as we accept no liability for any bones or foreign bodies that may remain. Non perishable items may be returned at your own expense and will be refunded by the same method as payment was received, providing they are returned in the same condition as they were dispatched.

Order Cancelation

Orders can be cancelled anytime before 9am on the day of dispatch. All fish sourced by special request will still be charged for in full. Should we then sell the products in question, you will be credited the relevant amounts.

Personal Details

While we do hold some contact information about our customers to help us give you the best service possible. We will under no circumstances pass on your information to any third parties unless required to do so by law.
